Good Morning! :-) It's been a long time since I've said that on my blog, and it feels good to be back. Only, I am having computer issues and have to take Old Faithful into the shop for a tuneup. It seems the virus control program we installed needs to be reinstalled and a few other things need to be checked... like the fact that I have no sound for You-Tube, yet I can play a CD???
So I will be computerless for a couple of weeks because I have to go out of town for some meetings and parties and things and won't be able to borrow Mr. Magpie's computer since he will be here working away on his computer to afford more shiny objects for the winners of my blog drawings! Isn't that right, Mr. Magpie??? ;-) And shhhhhhhhh, I happen to know who those winners are which will be announced after I return...
Mr. Magpie, really is the perfect Eagle Scout (and he was, you know), while his wife is a very silly creature...
Along with a few other silly creatures aka The Munchkins who have been to visit in St. Augustine, and oh, what fun was had by all...
When I return from my trip and have my computer back, I can hardly wait to announce the giveaway winners and also to share some lovely gifts I've received from fellow bloggers as well as blog awards I've been saving (or should I say hoarding???) in my shiny object repository. But in the mean time, in between time, I want to thank you for all the shiny comments you have left here for me in my absence, both on the blog and in emails. You are very shiny friends, indeed, and I appreciate your largess of heart more than you know and would like to leave you with this bouquet of lovely thoughts and heartfelt good wishes for nothing smells sweeter than the love of friends! :-)

I think if you are a very good magpie, Santa will bring you your very own laptop. I'd be happy to send him a note, directing him to do so. I am very good at being bossy, and once in a while I can convince a man to listen.

I came by twice yesterday only to have my computer freeze each time. Three times is the charm I fianlly connected today!
Computers are so fussy aren't they? I had to do a lot of photo archieving when I came home from vacation because I did not have enough "C" drive to download my new vacation photos. It was so time consuming.
Those munckins are growing up before our blog eyes! Such sweet faces.

Hello Sheila, I have had company all week and they left today. My visiting was cut way back. I am so sorry my friend but the winner was announced to day and it was Pat at Mille Fiore in NY. I announced it on my post today. Bill used the random system.
I am going out of town for a week so I will be doing some catching up when I return.
