2nd Time Around and Three or More Tuesday

Good Morning! I'm participating in two events today. Diane of A Picture is Worth a 1,000 Words has broadened the focus on her Tuesday event, and it's now being called 2nd Time Around Tuesday. This day can feature things we've thrifted, purchased, or inherited from any number of sources. And Tam at The Gypsy Corner has an event at her blog that involves sharing three or more things you wish to share and is aptly called Three or More Tuesday.

To that end, I thought about lots of things I could share with you today. I've had plates on the brain and actually showed part of my souvenir plate collection yesterday. I thought about showing more plates, even photographed them, but I thought it would be more fun to see pictures I took when we paid a visit to little Miss Cecelia and her family. Besides, Cecelia is much cuter than any old plate...



And these pictures remind me of the Dr. Seuss book: One Fish Two Fish Red Fish Blue Fish...



And if you count the two fish and Cecelia, that makes three.

Or if you count one brother named Clement, one frog named Hattie, and one Cecelia, that makes three, too. Oops, I mean also...



Or if you count the number of teeth she's lost (both up and down) that makes three or more. And even if you count a sweetheart bear, a sweetheart balloon, or the sweetheart herself, you've got three. So you're really getting a deal here...



And if you count one mommy named Missy, one Cavalier King Charles Spaniel named Churchill, and one Cecelia holding a sign that was thrifted and says, "Say Your Prayers," you've really cookin' with gas. You have three for Three or More and a treasure for 2nd Time Around...



And speaking of cookin' with gas, that's where we found Missy when we so rudely interrupted her dinner preparations. To that end, we will bid them, "Adios," and move on to the sign at hand. I found that little blue sign for a few dollars, and I put it where I can be reminded to do just that, say my prayers. Even though I try to say my prayers before my feet hit the floor, sometimes when I get so busy being busy, I need a gentle reminder, and this helps...



Particularly when it's sits smiling from the back of the tub...
