This first adorable card with its cutout snowflakes and lovely red Christmas ball is from Ceekay at "Thinking of Home." And look at that precious little gingerbread boy ornament! I will love using him on the tree, Ceekay, so thank you much! :-)
Then there is this lovely blue card from Megan at "Wandering DC," wishing me (and I'm wishing you) the Peace of the Christmas season! Look at that pretty silver snowflake ornament she sent! I know where this is going as soon as I get off this computer! Thank you, Megan! :-)
Next, I got this very sweet Christmas card from Sue who doesn't have a blog, but still participated with us! :-) Sue sent this precious little ornament with the little critters (and you know how I love critters!) decorating the tree. That little penguin has a real little beaded garland chain! So cute, and I will love having this on my tree, Sue! Thanks so much! :-)
Laura at "Our Scented Cottage" sent us this wonderful Christmas CD which I have been enjoying! Thank you Laura for bringing the lovely sounds of Christmas (which I love so,so,so much) into our home! :-)
Then Kathy at "Mimi's Garden" sent us these adorable little starry snow flakes (love the scripture included!) which will be perfect on our tree along with some delicious recipes for Christmas goodies (Snow Mounds, Chocolate Almond Biscotti, Santa's Whiskers, and Sugar and Spice Balls)! Yum! Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness, Kathy! :-)
And last, but certainly not least, Jan of "Jan and Tom's Place" sent us the most beautiful angel made of crochet and battenburg lace! It looks just like Jan... very feminine and romantic... and it arrived in a pretty card. Thank you, Jan, for this lovely gift, but most of all, thank you for organizing this fun venue for all of us as bloggers. You did a great job!

Oh I just love this idea!! Along with the cards you scored some happy little fun things, too. I'm impressed at the organization of the event...looks to have gone off without a hitch!
I am so behind on fa la la la la this year that we've accepted this year will be an "abbreviated" Christmas celebration. At least we got the tree up (p.s. still haven't got all the ornaments up, though!). And the only reason the tree got up was the pressure of all those ladies arriving for my cookie swap. I work best with incentive. :-)

I'm glad you like my pink tree. it was a fun thing to do. It all happened because I found those pink tree plates. My dh is enjoying it too and he says very little about any decorating I do.
Did your party go well? I was thinking about all those people coming and all the good food. Your home looked so pretty all dressed for Christmas. I am trying to remember when you were having it. Maybe it is tonight.
