The other day the very sweet and beautiful Susan of A Southern Daydreamer kindly awarded me the Proximidade Award which I appreciate very much. She had no idea how the award turned my whole day around and lifted my spirits along with it. Are any of you familiar with one of those bad hair days? LOL! So thank you sweetly, Susan! :-)
Susan started her blog recently, and she loves everything from decorating to tablescaping. And furthermore, she is good at it. This Georgia Peach is also as sweet as she is pretty. I've always felt like God made the human heart big enough to hold a lot of people, and this award is exciting to me because it is one which is about opening wide the door of one's heart. Good Morning, Magpie Sheila, I was moved to tears and goosebumps this morning to find my name on your list of award receivers. As you know, I am moving and giving up my treasured historic home.
